Consultation Services

Our bookshelf styling services consist of consultation, assessment, and advisory recommendations. These are intangible services that are provided upon scheduling and completion of the consultation session.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • Technical issues preventing the completion of a remote consultation
  • Service not delivered as agreed due to circumstances on our end

Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultations that have been completed
  • Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
  • No-show appointments without prior notice
  • Dissatisfaction with recommendations, as these are advisory in nature

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Date and time of the scheduled consultation
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
